She was proactive, responsive, and patiently answered all my questions with a very pleasant attitude. Even after her work was done, she was available to help me navigate through delays in lease approval and offer suggestions on how to proceed. I'd thought the process of finding a new apartment was going to be time-consuming and troublesome, but it was a breeze with her. I would 100% recommend working with her and she's going to be my go-to person if I move again in the future!
