I purchased 3 lights from beautifulhalo in two seperate transactions. I was a little worried when I looked up their reviews after my purchase and their tracking site did not show anything BUT: 1. I created a ticket and they were very responsive 2. They gave me another site that let me track the packaged. 3. The lights all arrived within 6 weeks - a little longer then expected but not bad. Overall I was very happy with their service.
