What I like most about this application…
What I like most about this application is its balance of ease of use and reliability. I use it primarily to download and organize my playlists so I can listen offline, and it handles that task perfectly. The design is clean and not cluttered, which is refreshing. I did have mixed feelings about the subscription. The cost itself isn’t unreasonable, but I think more flexible plans would help, especially for people who don’t use it daily. Customer support has been hit or miss—sometimes fast, sometimes slower than I’d like. Still, the actual product is solid, and for me that outweighs the minor frustrations.
