good product range, bad customer service
i am regular customer of qoo10 and feel ks good basic operation of delivering order. problem arises when you have to deal with their customer service. I feel it is extremely seller biased. recently i bought one sofa cover which was incorrectly stiched. it took me weeks of email communications and numerous photo and video evidences and own followup with seller to get replacement. horrible experience, hope i don't have to deal with their support center again.
