The products and customer support are terrible.... DO NOT BUY from them. I purchased a knife set on 11-NOV-2022, after using the Bread Knife only (3) times the handle came loose. VERTOKU refused to replace the item saying they have a (14) day return policy for MFG issues ... this is CRAP !!! Also, (1 of 5) in the set has a vastly different appearance, VERTOKU told me this knife is a "totally" different knife !! Ok, then replace it with the proper one!!! They refused ... NOT COOL ! Their customer service (Megan WOODS - Head of Customer Service) is terrible. Good Luck to everyone, it is highly recommended to buy somewhere else. I will never purchase from them again.
