Have not received my item
Have not received my item Got a notification that my item was received but not at my address!!! Maybe it was received at the post office, willing to see if it will be delivered to my address then and only will I change my experience!!! I found out that this company is a scam. I filed a dispute with PAYPAL and this bs company replied with a fake tracking number JSEEW0767331246YQ, which does not exist. I tried reaching out JS Express and their email is non existent. So I file another dispute with Synchrony Bank and it is under review . I tried to get the 22 digit for the USPS but did not get a response. I HAVE ALL THE RECEIPTS TO PROVE THAT I GOT SCAM FOR $25.32 FOR A CAR PHONE HOLDER. My item NEVER reached the POST OFFICE nor did it reached my home.
