Avoid This Company – Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Frustrating Experience I ordered 8 items from this online store, and every single one arrived damaged, with clear dye stains. To make matters worse, the sizing was completely wrong. I reported the issues right away, but the company’s response was appalling. Their first reaction was to flat-out deny the dye stains, claiming they were just creases. It was obvious this was a blatant attempt to avoid responsibility. After some back-and-forth, they grudgingly offered a 50% refund for a few of the items, but this entire process dragged on for 17 emails, each one filled with more excuses and dishonesty. Once they finally agreed to a refund, they demanded that I pay for return shipping—this after sending me damaged goods in the first place! I paid the return shipping as instructed, only to discover that they would only refund shipping costs via PayPal and refuse to reimburse my card. This is yet another dishonest tactic to make it as difficult as possible to get my money back. Dealing with this company has been nothing short of street haggling with a crook. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and absolutely ruthless in how they handle customer complaints. Their refusal to take responsibility for their poor-quality products and their manipulation around refunds is appalling. **Avoid this company at all costs.** The products are terrible, the customer service is dishonest, and the entire experience is a waste of time and money.
