Buy from somewhere else
Ordered a OnePlus 8 with screen protector and cover for delivery to South Africa. Prices are ok, but customer service is pathetic. Firstly, I Requested multiple times that they send an EU plug, which they happily agreed to, and guess what, they send an American plug. So my warp charger is useless, have to pay more to get a new one imported. Secondly they couldn't bother telling me that they didn't send the screen protector, just refunded the amount on the day that the package arrived, a full 11 days after the order was placed, and 5 days after the order was sent out, with no communication whatsoever. Customer service couldn't be bothered. Bottom line- buy from somewhere else, you'll get better prices, and far better service
