BANGGOOD - BANGBAD
I ordered and paid for ear buds and sound bar at beginning of February before reading reviews!!! Silly me. Ear buds arrived yesterday , fortunately my granddaughter was here to talk me through operating/charging procedure. She’s very fluent with all things technical while I’m a technophobe. So glad she was as one ear bud doesn’t work. She tried everything even looking on you tube to no avail. I, of course emailed Banggood immediately only to be told I need to send photos and video. How do you send video of ‘no sound from one ear bud’ ? Sent photos anyway and am awaiting response. After reading reviews I’m not gonna hold my breath. The sound bar tracking says they attempted delivery yesterday. I was at home all day and my door bell is in full working order! No further update on delivery. I can’t explain why I ordered with BANGGOOD, when I could have ordered both on amazon, where ‘reviews’ are favourable, specifications almost the same, delivery is fast and of equal price and no quibble returns/refunds. I will submit further information as I receive it and if I’m proved wrong I’ll happily say so. Watch this space
