DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I would give this site and the customer service an ABSOLUTE 0 if I could. I had to email nearly three times from two different email addresses over three days before I heard back from them. I'd made a mistake with my order and they claimed they couldn't cancel it or remove one of the items because it was being prepared. They offered me a discount to keep the item. I said I didn't want that I'd just like to cancel. I emailed them within MINUTES of placing the order. They wrote back two days later. I received emails translated from German, weird, at 3am while they claim to have only one customer service email and being located in NYC. My label wasn't made. My order wasn't even finished packed for nearly 2 weeks. During that time i begged them to just cancel it and they claimed they couldn't. LOL ITS NOT EVEN PACKED BRO... I contacted the shipping company to intercept the parcel (private of course) and they were more helpful and understanding but obviously couldn't do anything. The order was delivered and they want me to f***ing pay for a return label after BARELY responding, barely helping, and pretending to be helpless in their solutions or ability to intervene with their obvious drop shipping. Just a hassell. It sucked ass and I'm sure the product is mid anyway.
