This went from a great experience to an extremely bad one once support was involved. Ultimately, I was happy with my printer; enough so that I stocked up on thousands of dollars worth of filament, and other accessories, all which I purchased off of Bambu Labs directly, and totalling far more than what the original printer cost me. Then I had a problem and the unit was just dead, no screen. They told me I needed to upgrade a board, which they sent me. They then told me I needed to upgrade a cable, which was extremely difficult as I needed to take the printer cover off the back and route the cable. After all of this, my printer continued having errors, faults, and was essentially no longer working as it once had before it went dead. Support is making me go around in circles and considering this unit is under warranty, they appear to be delaying things until I am past the warranty, rather than honoring the original warranty. I'd like a replacement unit shipped with a return label to resolve this. Update: I had hoped it was going to get better, but this support issue keeps getting worse. They claimed they were going to honor that and after multiple back and forth responses, then said they wouldn't because the serial number is not the same one from my order. This is false, the order was from them, the serial number worked with the app, as each serial number is binded to the user, so this is there way of delaying resolving the issue.
