Shuts down your servers during peak traffic and has really unhelpful support
Rented a few VPS at a decent price and initially had no problems, but their overzealous "Anti-Hack" service kept shutting down our servers in the middle of peak traffic without any recourse for us to disable or configure this "Anti-Hack". Support was unhelpful and took WEEKS to finally get any kind of useful response. Very dissatisfied with their customer service experience the seemingly unconfigurable "monitoring" they run on their customer's rented machines, that tends to shut down your server after a few false positive packets.
