Ok...it finally arrived!
So after leaving my furious review a couple of weeks ago, my lights finally arrived. For anyone else wondering, here was my timeline: Ordered lights on- 17th June. Paid for express shipping (5-7 days) Emailed them after the week, I received automated responses, the live chat was useless, I kept trying this over and over again every week or so, they eventually gave me a tracking number which was untraceable. I started to read these reviews and realised I probably had been scammed so I requested a refund though my bank. Then on the 8th it August I had a random email from DPD to say my package from “Rexville solutions” will arrive today and it was my lights! They were packaged okay however you do need an electrician to fit them as no instructions in English. Quality was good too. Still adding a bad review purely because of the leadtime, if they were honest on their website then people would be happier with the products!
