Roll The Dice
Ordering from Dhgate is like rolling the dice. Sometimes the items are as advertised and promised but there is no guarantee to receive what you ordered. And, there is even less of a chance of Dhgate fixing the dispute. The customer service with this company is useless. If you have a dispute with color (brown not black), working condition (broke Rolex watch) or timely shipping (more than 4 months waiting for an item) Dhgate will honor the seller and release your money anyway. The dispute process is useless and will always favor the seller. Dhgate has the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of contacting. They have a habit of requesting additional evidence and asking the customer to produce Hollywood grade video productions. Filing a dispute is absolutely useless. It has been my experience to just find another seller and pray I get what I ordered the first time. I have a Louis Vuitton wallet which I will never carry because it's black not the brown flower I ordered. I have a broke Rolex Sea Dweller watch in my closet. It never worked but still Dhgate released my money to the seller. That was $71.86 down the drain. Sometimes you just get lucky and get what you paid for and expected. Dhgate is not Amazon. Amazon has a real CUSTOMER SERVICE department and fixes your problem. Dhgate will blow you off and hide behind a phony email address and add to your frustration. It is useless to file a dispute but if you receive a nice pair of Gucci shoes you'll be happy. It's a roll of the dice. Sometimes it's a winner, but often times you crap out.
