I have been with Lifemd for two years
I have been with Lifemd for two years. I am on a maintenance plan and my weight has stayed steady with just a 2 to 3 lb fluctuation. I have never had a problem with any staff or physicians. But I don't know what is happening in the past month. If I have any concerns or questions I send a message and get a response within 24 hours. That has all of a sudden changed. I left three messages on the portal and no response. I have been calling since last week and an AI generated person "Alex" and usually get hung up on. I have requested a call back twice and no phone call. I do know if this continues I will go elsewhere. I hope this is just a problem that will get resolved soon! Very disappointed!
