I want my money!!!!
I am so aggravated with this company! I wish we had read reviews before placing our order but we just really needed a transmission for my truck. I have called these people a thousand times with no luck! I ordered on May 4th, 2020 and after a month never received a tracking number or anything. Finally I asked for a refund towards the end of June. Was told money would be refunded in 7 days. Well on July 6th got a call that I would have confirmation for my refund in 3-4 days. Well here it is August 6th, a whole month later, and still no confirmation or refund! I am so upset at this point! I called again today like everyday and was told I would receive a call back but I almost guarantee nobody will call! This is the worst experience ever. I just need my money back so I can take my business elsewhere and forget about this company! Update: It only took yall two seconds to take funds from my card so I would like my money back on my card in the same amount of time. I called again on Friday and was told I would have my refund in 48 hours. He it is Wednesday and still nothing! When my money is refunded, I will consider removing my review from the site!
