If I could give no stars for customer service, I would. I called Walmart to ask about a possible fraudulent purchase and was told about 5,000 times by a robot that it understood my frustration but that it could help me and I was not on hold for a human representative but if I want to tell the robot anything they can assist me (which they cannot because they are a freaking ROBOT). Any corporation that believes robots pass for customer service, are deluded and cheap and ignorant. Walmart, no one wants to try to explain anything to a robot. It is an infuriating process which never, in my experience, leads to resolution of ANYTHING. I will never shop at Walmart again. Ever. The service is a loser and Walmart does not care about its customers.
