refund
A year after previous one star review calling them thieves for charging ticketing service more than ticket itself I was contacted by their "Senior Specialist" with some phony excuses about low integration with railway ticketing services and or minute price changes. They suggested full refund in exchange of editing or deleting the review. Obviously I've accepted and this is edited review after the receipt of reimbursement. Trustpilot thank you, reviews matter.
