Awesome. Just Awesome.
When I first encountered them a couple years ago, I was wary - who would not be? It is not a "household brand" and with all the scams, it was understandable. I had not had any reason to test their customer service until this past week when a vendor they have used changed T & Cs causing turmoil. They handled it masterfully in speed, encounters, and information. These are clearly real people, not some bot trying to hallucinate and answer.
