I would love to give this a 5 star but due to how shipping works with them I can not! I use to order large amounts of the cosplay contacts from them but I have had to switch bc shipping is unreliable! Like right now I have a personal order I places on July 24 it shipped out on the 29th and now when I track it it is just setting somewhere and has not moved since the 30 of July! It’s now the 10 of August and it’s still setting in the same place as the July 30th I sent an email asking why and they replied if you would like I to help please send me your email (which they are messaging me in) and tracking! I sent my order number and a pic of the tracking and ordered when I emailed them so I feel it’s just a time killer for them. And last time I paid the extra for the express shipping a week before covid started and it took over a month and they gave me a part of a discount on my shipping not the whole thing even tho I got no part of the express shipping! But the contacts are nice but just make sure you don’t want them anytime soon bc you won’t get them for awhile
