Great service recovery
I ordered the stickers on 30 July 2020 so that we can receive them in time for my daughters school National Day celebrations on 7 Aug. I was rather worried when the stickers have not arrived on 6 August and called Gumtoo that morning. The gentlemen who answered was polite and extremely helpful. He assured me that the stickers will reach me on the day itself as he'll arrange for a courier service. When asked how do I then return the stickers that were arriving in post separately, he assured me that I can keep them as part of service recovery. I'm thankful for the great service recovery offered by the company such that my daughters could wear the stickers proudly to school during the celebrations.
