Is their bad reputation justified?
For those worried about purchasing form DHgate, I can totally understand! However, I've never had an issue on multiple orders from different sellers. For those that don't know, DHgate is a bit like eBay in the sense that DHgate themselves have no control over what/when things are shipped. I have ordered trainers football jerseys and trainers from multiple sellers and all have arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. The delivery does take a while (normally a few weeks, although I have had some items a lot quicker!) Depending on the seller the communication is poor or non-existent, but once you have found a seller you like try to stick with them! (Popjersey2018 - for any football shirts!) All I would suggest is buy something cheap-ish to begin with and make sure you check reviews of that seller before you purchase. Some reviews can be a copy and paste job and are clearly fake, as soon as I see these I stay clear of that seller! But like I say I've never had an issue so never had to raise a refund or dispute with DHgate so cant comment on their handling of that.
