Poor quality
If you want to waste your money, buy from ZALORA! A few items were bought from ZALORA and worn only once, they were washed as recommended but the quality of the products were so poor that I had to contact them for a refund. Costumer service wasn’t helpful at all, and the refund was never made since I had USED the products! How would I have known that these products were only for a single use when they don’t mention it on their website? Unacceptable!! Buy from Lazada or Shopee, the quality is the same as ZALORA but you will save a lot more money!
