Terrible Experience - Do Not Purchase from This Company! I paid $30 AUD in international shipping fees (plus value of item) only to find out the return item was held up at customs because the merchant refuses to cover the required customs fees or import taxes on the return. They won’t issue you a refund, and the item will be sent back. Luckily, I was able to dispute the charge with my bank and recover the cost of the item, but out of pocket for the shipping fees. Customer service is completely unhelpful. This company is a scam—avoid at all costs.
