Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Opened despute as received wrong item of furniture and company would not accept fault or offer solution. Without any discussion paypal decided I had to send item back at my own cost. I responded to say as I didnt order item the company would need to arrange delivery and given their lack of interest in sorting I didnt belive they would refund the item if I returned it. Again no discussion and paypal closed case in sellers favour as I didnt provide tracking number. According to their customer services I am legally responsible for meeting the cost of return for an item I didnt order. Not true. Cant reason with them they just cut me off. No protection at all
