A Welcome Alternative to The Hard Sell
I would like to say a big thank you to Shelby, Senior Account Executive for Cleverly. Not only did she stay on our consultation call. She never displayed any of the icky hard sales you can sometimes encounter on these calls. Shelby asked the questions, but most importantly, she listened, and her replies showed that she was truly absorbing what I was telling her, not simply trying to push a sale. I look forward to the rest of my Cleverly experience being as great as my call with Shelby.
