Poor service
Driver did not arrive at specified time. No call to explain. I had to call them 4 times and they had no idea what was going on. Sent me different driver details, I call them and they have no idea about my booking. After 20 minute delay they sent an Uber Customer service is poor. Told me I couldn’t complain with them and had to go through booking.com. They want you to sign up to marketing campaigns just to provide any feedback When I did get a response. It was a half hearted apology and then this long spiel that they never let customers down and they always call. That’s just a lie
