This is an honest review to inform customers
This is an honest review of this company and the service Company is based in China hence the £12.99 delivery charge. Dresses that I ordered (2 different colours) were beautiful and really good quality but not right for the occasion that I had ordered them for. Return process was painful as the return label was sent as a picture not a document so was unusable. Over Live chat I was told to convert it to a different document and print....I don't think this is acceptable. I was finally sent a printable version....why isn't this just sent as standard in the first place. Returns - Whilst the return is free be aware that there is a restocking fee to return items. I paid £110.00 plus £12.99 delivery and my refund was £101.00.
