Absolutely useless good for nothing…
Absolutely useless good for nothing website. Very difficult to use, agents are difficult to understand on the phone and are extremely unhehpful. I believe they are trained to be difficult so people dont stay on the phone due to frustration. Quick enough to take your hard earned cash, but stall on repaying what youre owed back, and if you ask for the interest they have made witholding your money it's a point blank no. An employer can be sued for that, the same rules should apply to HMRC. Website is useless not fit for purpose and as difficult to understand as the employees on the phone. I complained directly to HMRC and have not even had the coutesy of a reply. Pull your finger out and sort out your website and call operators who are extremely unhelpful and rude.
