Should have done a bit of additional research on this company. Oh well, live and learn. The product orders was the two pairs of the toe alignment Sandals offered by the company. Initially the company said they had sent the shoes out to a 3rd party for delivery to USPS. That was all that was listed for the shipment for several weeks until I contacted them and eventually decided to cancel the order on a Monday. Oddly the company said, Oh, we shipped those out yesterday. So I had to wait for the sandals to show up a week or two later. Once opened the sandals were of inferior quality and workmanship. They were immediately sent to Goodwill, (sorry Goodwill) as they were not wearable. They were not returned as the company has a difficult and no full refund of returns. It was simpler to just declare the cost as thrown away money. This company has a reputation that precedes them so buyer beware, be very beware, unless you like shoddy workmanship, inferior quality and hides behind a false face of being a reputable company. From other reviews it appears that they are not located in the United States.
