Beware of subscription charges - thieves!
UPDATE ZoomConvert refuse to refund. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - just a bunch of con-artists. Beware of subscription charges! I paid £0.90 for a one off conversion in February but I’ve just been charged £39.99 for a service I did not ask for and certainly DO NOT WANT! This appears to be a “subscription” that you agree to when you pay your initial fee which absolutely wasn’t clear - obviously how their money is made! I’ve emailed the support address, respectfully asking for a refund awaiting a response. Not going to hold my breath given the experience of others in these reviews.
