Bought tickets for me and my Wife to fly to Orlando to go on a cruise. Representative called and recommended I purchase insurance in case the COVID-19 would impact our travels. Cruise was canceled due to pandemic and now they are only trying to refund me the taxes for my purchase. Paid over $800 and they want to refund less than $300
