I booked the flight from Manchester to Incheon Airport, but 2 weeks before the travel date, the airline unilaterally changed the date of travel by 4 days. Although they offered a refund, it has caused a huge amount of inconvenience. 2 star for the offer of refund, but overall, unreliable slotting and planning that sees the customer at the periphery of their service - not at the centre.
