Do not buy their products
Update 11/26/24: They will not warranty their gate opener. It was brand new in the box. Their CS rep stated because it was bought on eBay they can and will not stand by their products! Take it from me DIYers. Buy a Ghost or a Mighty Mule opener. I have had a Ghost opener before. They have outstanding CS!!! They stand behind their products as well! Do not buy their products. They will not warranty their products if you didn't buy it from them. Buy from Ghost, they have never done me wrong! Below is they CS rep telling sucks to be you. Again I tell people to buy Ghost products because they stand behind their products and they don't give you a lot of lip like this company and Mighty Mule! That being said, I have since replaced this garbage opener and the trashy MM opener and went back to Ghost. You know what? No problems! Again don't get fooled people! If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck. You guessed it, it's trash!!!!
