Have been dealing with DHGate for years with great experiences, but just got an order that the jersey had two major mistakes on it. Wanted to forget about it and not write a review (and sent a message to seller about how dissatisified I was), come to find out I couldn't not write a review, and was given the runaround by DHGate for 2 weeks about it. I finally had to write the review (because of my OCD) to get it off my DHGate. Customer service was not helpful at all. The final one wouldn't even pass along a suggestion that they need to change it so someone has the option not to write a review. Overall, except for this one product my experiences have been good, but the terrible customer service drops the rating to 3 stars.
