Worst Scam Company Ever!
Been waiting since start of May for my item and it still has not been received. After multiple emails, alex at 5econds sends the same copy and pasted email back to me, how they will not refund me and it is on its way. It is now almost September and my item was an item to use in the summer. *Updates* Alex has offered a full refund as of September 2nd, but has not issued it and will not return any of my emails. I believe this company is an opportunist scam business hoping customers give up on getting their items or money back. September 19th, 2020 Still no response or reply from the company. No refund issued and no product received.
