NEVER AGAIN; Wasted Money
And the only reason this company is getting 1 star is because “Alex” was so quick to reply to my email. After reviewing other 1 star reviews, I found that their experiences were exactly the same as mine. The sandals I ordered to help my bunion arrived 3 months after I ordered them. Unfortunately they were too big. “Alex” requested that I send a photo of the package & I included a picture of them on my feet. His quick response advised that they’d sent the correct size so they couldn’t honor my request for a replacement or refund; BUT would give me 50% off on my next order. Really?!? Why would I be dumb enough to do that? This way, I wouldn’t be able to get a refund again & no I’d have 2 pair of unwearable sandals & they’d have more of my money. Unbelievable!! Who has $40 to throw away these days?? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! There are other more reputable companies that are honest & trustworthy. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
