The order took a month to arrive
I ordered a tripod on November 22. On December 17, it still hadn't arrived. The order tracking link only said that it had been shipped from China to Spain. No further information was given as to where the order was. I wrote a message through the "Contact Us" option on the website, indicating the situation. The next day I received an email, apologizing, and giving me the option to send me the item from Germany, to which I agreed. Yesterday, the 27th, the tripod arrived. They should inform me that the products are shipped from China, and the approximate time it may take to arrive at destination. At least I consider that the response to my problem was good and agile.
