Never buy from this company, unless when the printer arrives damaged you are happy to fix it yourself, they will not honour the 30 day return for damaged printers. They will on the other hand ignore your request to return and offer to send parts that may or may not work. In what seems like a way to prevent you returning during the period you can return. Taken from their website: "About the 30-day return policy: Hi If you need to get the return information, please contact us within 30 days after receipt. For the Return request, please read the following information: If the printer cannot be opened,or damaged when delivered, Or the seller sends the wrong goods / products are inconsistent, you can submit a request within 30 days to return , and get a full refund." Yet when you do request a return, they refuse to honour it.
