Horrible, misleading, scammy company
Horrible, misleading, scammy company. I requested a refund for a flight I had booked from US to China. The trip had been planned for a long time, but because of COVID it was no longer an option. I booked through ExploreTrip which was a huge mistake. They told me they would give me a refund, but then continued to brush me off for nearly six months. It took dozens of phone calls and dozens of emails, and still nothing happened. I ended up have to do a chargeback through Bank of America, which worked, thank the heavens. But I would 100 percent not recommend this company.
