Best file copy / backup / sync software I've found
Syncback Pro is a fabulous piece of software that gives you much greater flexibility than normal backup programs for creating copies of your files. And their support is among the best I've experienced. They get back to you promptly and stay with you until your issue is resolved. And the guidance they provide is clear and easy to follow.
