I bought a Luke ROTJ saber at their booth at salt lake comic-con and had a great experience. I got a bonus surprise saber. I have put them both through their paces. I have had zero issues and bought their Vader saber last month from their websites on a Halloween sale. Paul responded directly to my email to answer a shipping question. They have been nothing but great to me. I am super satisfied with both of my purchases.
