Excellent Support from Mayur and Ajay - Issue Fully Resolved
I had a technical issue where scheduled tasks on my WooCommerce site (including payments, backups, and notifications) weren’t processing automatically. After contacting Miss Hosting, Ajay and Mayur provided excellent support. Ajay suggested and set up the switch to a real server-side cron job via cPanel, which was key to resolving the problem. Mayur later identified that Cloudflare’s redirect was blocking the cron system, and he updated the cron job to the correct URL. Thanks to their combined efforts, everything now works perfectly—scheduled tasks are running automatically, and my site is stable again.
