I ordered 3 shirts, a total of 66 euros, they were terrible, very different from the photos on the website. I wanted to return them and they hit me (if I sent photos of the shirts, if the transaction number ...). They have told me that they cannot return the money because they cannot pay for the cost of transporting the shirts. which is very high. They offer me to keep the shirts and they give me 18 euros back or a 20 euro voucher. I have told them that if they cannot afford the return costs, that they do not sell products to those countries, that I want my money and that if they do not provide me with a return ticket, I will file a claim. They have not answered me yet.
