Customer service done right!
I recently purchased a Playology chew toy for our 5 month old setter pup but unfortunately he wasn’t overly interested in it. I reached out to karen@playologypets (see back of package) for advice with how to get him more engaged. She quickly responded with advice and asked if I would be willing to try one of their other toys. This customer service department is hands down, one of the best I have communicated with.
