HikVision is the most touchy overly sensitive system that continues to take a degree in IT to manage. There is absolutely ZERO support available. Most expensive piece of unreliable junk ever built Also the US CISA stated that there is a Chinese back door on the chips used in HikVision to allow Chinese nationals to easily hack your network. Horrible system. Worst mistake ever. Don’t buy.
