Awful, just awful
My Vita 550 power station stopped working properly - switching off when the battery was full and then showing a completely drained battery on the display. I emailed customer services with my issues who put me in touch with the tech support via email who I provided all the power station details to - That was 3 weeks ago and I have had no contact since despite repeated attempts at contact. Appalling service - lots of money for something that fails after a few months and with no apparent way of getting it resolved.
