Recognizing Mr. Laurent
I wanted to recognize Mr. Laurent. He is most definitely an asset to Canyon Legal. He was able to bring resolution to a problem in one phone call. I had called several times last week trying to get an error corrected. I talked with several people with no results. Mr. Laurent was able to give me the answers to get this resolved. He even stayed on the phone with me to ensure that an email that I sent was received. He also reassured me that the email would be given to the proper department and that he would follow up with me the following week to ensure that that the problem had been corrected. I also appreciate that he was able to give me peace of mind and kept a calm tone with me (I was pretty upset). Again, he is most definitely an asset to your company. I feel that he really cares about the clients. I am very thankful that I was able to speak to him. I finally felt that there was light at the end of the tunnel.
