The online experience is satisfactory and above average. The delivery process can be improved. Contactless delivery is good but not on a rainy day. Delivery address is to a landed house and it was after a rain. The delivery guy just left the boxes outside the grill gate on the wet road flooring. I had to ask him to pass the boxes to me before leaving. But the box is also not light so I had to take care of my back and arms. No strong man in this household, mainly women. May I suggest that the next delivery to be improved, and the delivery guy help to bring in the boxes to the porch area of the house? thanks.
