Do not purchase from here.
Do not purchase from here. I was getting into 3D printing and thought that surely the official site would be fine and legit... but they are the worst to work with. They do not honor any of the policies, and if you request a refund before they ship the item they will lie and say the item has shipped already. They will try to offer things like discounts, but don't accept these as your item will still not arrive for months without constant bothering on your end. If you are unfortunate enough to have purchased from here: try contacting support, realize that this information is correct, and simply dispute the charge and move on.
